Robert Seow, has over 30 years of experience in supply chain, eCommerce, real estate investment and development for integrated communities. HY has good business acumen, understanding the dynamic business model through organic and inorganic (inc. M&A) across all Asia Pacific counties.

He is well supported by a group of knowledgeable consultants with vast experience in their own area of expertise.

Dr. Barbara Wang is a professor of leadership and management and the Associate Dean for China Initiatives at Hult International Business School (Ashridge). She specialises in Cross-cultural Leadership & Management. Highly recognized by MNCs who engaged her in Executive Coaching. Dr. Wang holds a PhD from Cass Business School; she is also a certified coach and has been qualified in various leadership psychometric tools.

Barbara is based in UK and is responsible for the Executive development programs.
